• Malicious Software: content that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment is prohibited.
• Violation of Laws and Regulations: in activities that violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation is prohibited.
• Dissemination of False Information: or disseminating false information or content intended to harm others is prohibited.
• Disclosure of Personal Identifiable Information: or disseminating personal identifiable information that could harm an individual is prohibited.

The parties irrevocably agree that any legal proceeding seeking the enforcement or interpretation of this Agreement shall be brought in the appropriate courts of the same jurisdiction.

  By agreeing to these terms, you waive any and all claims against Offrobe, its directors, employees, associates, agents, suppliers, or affiliates. This waiver encompasses claims related to the use, misuse, or inability to use the image generation services on our platform, as well as any claims concerning injury, personal, psychological, or emotional distress resulting from viewing images on our platform. You also expressly agree not to pursue any legal action against us regarding such claims.
